What do I do if my password is not working?

Make sure you check that you have entered the correct password (take into account higher case/ capital letters)

If you're password is still showing up as invalid, you can:

  • Email contact@ontheballtutors.com 

  • Call the office on 0203 289 4330 (phone lines are often quite busy during classes, so please leave a message if you cant get through and we'll call back ASAP)

What do I do if I have logged in with my password successfully but the tutor isn't available?

This simply means that the tutor is not available at the present moment. If the tutor doesn't appear within 2 minutes of you logging in, then its likely that they are having technical difficulties.Email contact@ontheballtutors.com if your tutor is unavailable for more than 5 minutes are we'll work on the issue.

My tutor is away, what do I do?

If your tutor is away, there will be a note in red text notifying you of the reasons for their absence.

The note will also state what you should do. In most cases, you will be assigned to another tutor for the evening. In rare cases, the session will be postponed and covered the week after.

Your phone lines are busy? What do I do?

Our official office hours are 5 - 8:30pm, Monday - Friday.

During these periods the phone lines are very busy with queries from students & parents. If you cannot get through, please leave a voicemail and you should be contacted within 10 minutes or so.

Alternatively you could send an email to contact@ontheballtutors.com and state what the problem is - once received, we will work on fixing the issue and call you back when resolved.

If I'm not satisfied with my discounted trial, what can I do?

We're sorry to hear that you weren't happy with the trial. Please give the office a call so one of our advisors can assist you with finding a flexible solution - if available, we may be able to offer your child a spot in another class or different days of access that will be may more beneficial for them.

If you have any topics you would like to revise in particular, please EMAIL YOUR TUTOR in advance and he/she will go over the topic promptly.
I have a question that involves a diagram. What do I do?
If you have a question from school, that involves a drawing/ diagram, please take a PICTURE of the question (with a smartphone) and EMAIL YOUR TUTOR as soon as you can!

How do I log into my class?

1) On Ontheballtutors.com, click on Academy Login

2) Click on the relevant class

4) Click on your tutors class, and enter the passoword given to you by us

5) You're in!

How do I sign up to a class?

To start the sign-up process click here

 

Once your application form has been reviewed you will be emailed confirmation.

After this you need to subscribe to a plan.

After you have subscribed, we will email you the details of your class (Tutor, session times & passowords).

All the student has to do is login at the time indicated.

I've been sent an incorrect bill. How do I correct it?

How long to classes run for?
 
In general, each tutors class runs for one hour per evening
